Maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene 900p

Ft900p was prepared by reactive extrusion grafting maleic anhydride onto polyene propylene. The side groups with strong polarity are introduced into the main chain of non-polar molecules. The products grafted with maleic anhydride show high polarity and reactivity while maintaining the physical properties of the original polypropylene. It becomes a bridge for bonding and compatibility between polar materials and non-polar materials.

Ft900p has a high grafting ratio of maleic anhydride and a very light color (almost the natural color of polypropylene), so it is especially suitable for the occasion where the color of the product is very light or the natural color is required, and the usual addition amount is 3-8%. The specific consumption needs to be determined by the user according to the application system and the final performance requirements of the product. In order to achieve the best effect, the processing equipment and process ensure that ft900p is well dispersed in the system.
