Physical and chemical properties this product is monoalkoxy unsaturated fatty acid titanate, wine red viscous liquid, density ρ 200.934g/cm3, soluble in isopropanol, benzene, toluene and other organic solvents, hydrolyzed in water.

Use in plastic and rubber industry, this product is mainly used for processing calcium carbonate, talcum powder and other inorganic fillers to fill saturated or unsaturated polyolefin plastics, which can improve the mechanical properties of products. Applicable resins are: PP, PE and other non-polar or weak polar polymers. It can be used in natural rubber, polybutadiene rubber and other rubber products, in which the unsaturated bond reacts with rubber and crosslinks, which can improve the tear strength, elongation at break and tensile strength of products.

In the paint industry, the treated inorganic fillers and pigments can reduce the viscosity of the system, increase the solid filling amount, and increase the levelness. The product can react with the resin active group in the coating at the same time, endowing the film-forming coating with better wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

In the industry of inorganic mineral materials, as the surface treatment agent of inorganic filler, calcium carbonate, talcum powder and kaolin can be treated to increase the hydrophobicity and dispersion of filler.
