Physicochemical property this product is non-toxic and non corrosive liquid, and its appearance is wine red viscous liquid. Jy-101 has good compatibility with weak polar materials, so it is suitable for non-polar or weak polar polymers, such as PE, PP, etc., to improve the mechanical strength and other properties of composite materials. Soluble in organic solvents (such as isopropylic acid, xylene, toluene, DOP, mineral oil), hydrolyzed in water.

Use: This product is mainly used to deal with calcium carbonate, talcum powder and other inorganic fillers, improve the compatibility of inorganic fillers and resins, so as to improve the mechanical properties and processing properties of non-polar or weak polar polymers, such as PE, PP and other composite products, improve the thermal stability of composite materials, and achieve high filling. The inorganic fillers treated with this product can be used in coatings to reduce the viscosity of the system and increase the filling amount of inorganic fillers. It is used for magnetic recording materials and rubber plastic magnetic materials. After magnetic powder is treated by it, its dispersion on the base material and adhesion to the polymer can be improved, so that the magnetic recording materials have better fluidity, coatability, high shear strength, not easy to fall off, and good toughness.
