1、 Product Name: hk560 silane coupling agent

2、 Chemical name: γ - (2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane

3、 Physical properties: colorless transparent liquid, boiling point 290 ℃, specific gravity 1.069 (20 ℃), refractive index 1.427 (20 ℃), flash point 111 ℃. Soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, titanium tetrachloride, benzene, insoluble in water.

4、 Purpose:

This product is mainly used to improve the bonding performance between organic materials and inorganic materials. It is suitable for unsaturated polyester, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin and other thermosetting resins. It is also suitable for PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate, ABS resin, nylon and other thermoplastic resins. It can improve the mechanical and electrical properties of products.

In addition, it can also improve the adhesive strength and the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized SBR and EPDM filled with silica.
